REGISTRATION

The following IAPAC 09 registration fees apply to payments received prior to the deadlines.

If you would like to register for IAPAC 09 with a 25% discount you must select a room in the official room block. If you do not select a room in the official room block you will be charged $75.00 for staying outside of the IAPAC 09 room block.

Registration Fees Include

  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Participation in all satellite meetings
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception
  • Conference printed/CD ROM material
  • Access to exhibit hall and poster sessions

How to Register

You may pay for registration and your hotel through credit card, visiting the secure PayPal® link in registration. Other types of payments must be received by August 14, 2009 to receive the early registration and can be done by bank transfer or check. If you would like to register for IAPAC 09 with a 25% discount you must select a room in the conference room block.

Registration for IAPAC 09 participants is now available online (credit card required).
Click here to register online. You may also download a mail-in registration form here (Microsoft Word format). If you do not register online, you must send this completed form to IAPAC along with your check, money order, or information about your bank wire transfer. Please do not send payment without this Registration Form.

Cancellation Policy

Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

  • Cancellation received prior to August 31, 2009 – full refund will be made
    (minus a $75 cancellation fee)
  • Cancellation received after August 31, 2009 – no refund

Payment

Payment of registration fees may be made as follows:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
  • Check: payable to the “International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care”
  • Money Order: payable to the “International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care”
  • Bank Transfer: Instructions for bank wire transfers is contained on the mail-in
    registration form here
