The following IAPAC 08 registration fees apply to payments received prior to the deadlines.

Standard Registration

Late and Onsite Registration

Registration Fees Include

  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Participation in all satellite meetings
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception
  • Conference printed/CD ROM material
  • Access to exhibit hall and poster sessions

How to Register

You may pay for registration and your hotel through credit card, a paypal account or an option to be invoiced. All invoice payments must be received by August 15 to receive the early registration and can be done by bank transfer or check. At the time of registering you must choose a hotel option.

Cancellation Policy
Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

  • Cancellation received prior to October 1, 2008 – full refund will be made
    (minus a $75 cancellation fee)
  • Cancellation received after October 1, 2008 – no refund

Payment
Payment of registration fees may be made as follows:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
  • Cheque: payable to the “International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care”
  • Bank Transfer: Instructions for bank transfers will be provided upon request
