1) Complete
the Registration
Form,
attaching a scanned copy of your medical
license. Upon submitting the Registration
Form, you will be taken to the payment
page.
You can also fax
your medical license to +1-312-795-4938.
2) Pay the registration
fee using the PayPal PAY NOW button. Click here to go to the payment page. The developing world registration fee is $100 (USD), and the developed world registration fee is $200 (USD).
3) After your
registration and payment have been approved
by an authorized IAPAC representative, you
will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours
providing a URL web address to take the GALEN
Exam, as well as a User Name and Password.
Email GALENexam@iapac.org if
you do not receive an email containing this
information within a 24- to 48-hour period
(weekend days excluded).
4) This is a time-delimited exercise. Once you log on to the GALEN Exam site with your User Name and Password, your personal version of the exam will be activated. You will then have 120 hours to complete your work.
