The following IAPAC 08 registration fees apply to payments received prior to the deadlines.

Standard Registration

Payment of registration fees may be made as follows:

  • Cheque: payable to the “International Association of Physicians in AIDS Care”
  • Bank Transfer: Instructions for bank transfers will be provided upon request

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by fax, email or post-marked by February 1, 2009, to receive a full refund (minus a $75 cancellation fee). There will be no refund for cancellations received after February 1, 2009.
